EPA Certification

All renovators must complete an EPA accredited Lead Paint Training course and follow EPA rules regarding disclosure, lead-safe work practices, and employee training. EPA has made it clear, renovators who fail to make disclosure with the Renovate Right pamphlet or follow the RRP rules, are liable and subject to fines! With 36 million homes in America still containing lead-based paint, you don’t want to take a chance with non-compliance.

We are an EPA certified training provider for both e-learning and live classes*. Look what EPA had to say about us after an audit of our training program:

“Overall, the EPA auditing team found your course and delivery to be excellent.”

EPA also requires that every RRP certified contractor train their employees. To help you do this we have an online RRP lead-safe work practices employee training program that will save you time, money, and do a better job teaching your employees to “renovate right”. Importantly, the employee training course will provide you with documentation that can help protect you from liability.

Future online courses will include mold investigation and remediation for facility managers, asbestos awareness in accordance with AHERA school requirements, and more.

* We offer live courses at our venue or yours. Please email or call our office for details.
