Site Registration & Course Purchases

Payment processing services for American Continuing Education Institute, Ltd. dba Calypso Continuing Education™ (henceforth referred to as Calypso) are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or by continuing to use the Calypso website, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement. As a condition of Calypso enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and/or your business, and you authorize the sharing of such information provided for transaction purposes related to the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

Once payment is approved, the system will automatically generate email notifications containing a receipt for the purchase and information regarding accessing your E-learning account.

Refunds and Trade Policy

If not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Calypso at Info@calypsoeud.com; we have a satisfaction guarantee and will provide you a refund. Once a course is completed the purchase is final and no refunds shall be issued.

Trade Policy

Calypso has a unique trade-in policy for courses that have not yet been opened. Here’s how it works: if you purchase a course and haven’t opened it, we are happy to trade it for another of equal value.

Terms & Conditions

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express and Discover. All orders require an email address and telephone number. We require this information in order to better service the needs of all our subscribers or in the event our office needs to contact you regarding your order.

Privacy Policy

We know how important your privacy is to you. We do not store any payment information on our website digitally or hard copies in files. All credit card information is processed directly on Stripe’s servers and never touches our servers. Once your card has been processed, the data used to process it is destroyed. We never sell or share customer information. The information we collect and retain from you allows us to: process and track your order, contact you if necessary, provide notices of regulatory changes in your profession, share valuable discounts with you, and improve our customer service.

If products are required to augment your online educational experience, we may use other companies to provide these products. Certain services, including credit card processing are provided by other companies. In these instances, we will only provide these companies with information necessary for them to perform their services.

On rare occasions, we may be required to disclose specific information upon request of certain government or law enforcement agencies, in response to a court order, or when required to do so by law, or while assisting in fraud protection/investigations. We DO not provide information to agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.
