3 hours Appraiser Continuing Education

For residential and commercial appraisers

Changes in Fannie Mae UAD (Uniform Appraisal Data Set) reporting requirements identified the need to correctly identify architectural styles. No fear. Enjoy while we take you on a journey through the different styles of Victorian Era architecture: Italianate, Stick, Gothic Revival, Queen Anne, and more.

The object of the seminar is to provide today’s appraiser with an observation matrix they can employ to identify various Victorian architectural styles when completing appraisal assignments. Common construction details for each style will be discussed and demonstrated. This course is relevant for both residential and commercial appraisers and provides examples of both types of properties. It is steeped in rich graphics and video content to help you make the most accurate identifications possible.

This is a 3 hour course. This course is NOT APPROVED for Alaska, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, West Virginia.
