Other Licensing Requirements

Delaware Appraisers are required to take 28 continuing education hours every 24 months including a 7-hour USPAP refresher course and a 2 hour Law course.

Online Limitations

Effective September 2019, the Council on Real Estate Appraisers amended their continuing education (CE) rules and regulations to remove the requirement to complete 14 hours of CE live in a classroom setting.

All approved courses may be completed online.


State Reporting of CE Credit: The education provider is NOT required to report completed continuing education to the Delaware Council on Real Estate Appraisers.
