Other Licensing Requirements

Illinois Appraisers are required to take 28 continuing education hours every 24 months, 7 of which includes the USPAP refresher.

The 7-hour USPAP refresher course must be completed within 6 months after the effective date of the new USPAP update course.

Online Limitations

Illinois allows all 28 hours of continuing education to be completed online.

State Reporting of CE Credit

The education provider submits all completed continuing education electronically on a weekly basis. Should a student require credit to be reported at an alternate time, please email info@Calypsoedu.com with the request. Requests are generally processed within 24 hrs.
