Other Licensing Requirements

Montana Appraisers are required to obtain 28 hours of continuing education every 2 years including 7 hours of the National USPAP Update course. 

The 7 hour Valuation Bias and Fair Housing course approved by The Appraisal Foundation must be completed during this new cycle if you have not yet completed either the 7 hour or 8 hour course.

Online Limitations

Effective October 15, 2016 the Montana Board of Real Estate Appraisers accepts the National USPAP Update course or its AQB-approved equivalent online.
