Online Limitations
New Hampshire allows a maximum of 14 hours of continuing education be completed online each cycle.
The 7-hour USPAP refresher course is required every 2 years. The 7 hour Valuation Bias and Fair Housing course approved by The Appraisal Foundation must be completed during this new cycle if you have not yet completed either the 7 hour or 8 hour course.
