All states require that you provide the following information for your certificate:
- Legal Name (collected at purchase)
- Street Address
- City & State
- Appraiser License Number
If you have not entered these items, and any supplemental information required by your state (below), into your student profile prior to completing the course, your course completion certificate may be invalid.
In addition to the items above, Calypso Continuing Education will any other information required by your state and report your earned CEUs on if required.
Alabama
In addition to the common certificate info, the state appraisal board also requires your phone number to be included on your certificate.
Alabama also requires that the student’s Social Security Number appear on the certificate. We do not ask you to input your SSN. Please enter it on your printed certificate before submitting your course completion to the state.
Oklahoma
In addition to the common certificate info, the state appraisal board also requires your phone number to be included on your certificate.
