Licenses issued before January 1, 2020 shall be renewed every two years by April 30 of each even numbered year.
Licenses issued after January 1, 2020 shall be renewed every two years on the anniversary of the date the license was issued.
Hours Required: 24 hours
- 9 hours – Mandatory hours (3 hrs must be in Fair Housing)
- 15 hours – Elective hours
