The newest edition of USPAP went into effect January 1, 2024. Our update course is available in an online, asynchronous, self-paced format. Our update course is approved by The Appraisal Foundation. In this course, you will learn about the changes to USPAP as well as how to utilize the USPAP publication as a tool to assist you in solving appraisal issues you have or will encounter in your day-to-day practice. You will read case studies, scenarios that are based on real-life situations professional appraisers may encounter, and learn how to properly apply the USPAP publication to those situations. These example scenarios address issues frequently experienced by real property appraisers.
Where will I find my books for this course?
2024 USPAP Publication and linked 2026 Guidance and Reference Manual (GRM)
The Appraisal Foundation (TAF) has changed how course providers are allowed to distribute the mandatory books for both the 7-hour USPAP Update course and the 15-hour USPAP Initial licensing course. Providers are no longer allowed to provide downloadable copies of the digital books in courses or supply them as resources. All books must be dlownload from The Appraisal Foundation website.
With your enrollment, you will be supplied with a coupon code which you will use on The Appraisal Foundation website to download the books that go with this course. Please note that the 2024 USPAP Publication and the GRM are ONE PDF Document. Once you have downloaded the pdf publication be sure to save it to your system as it will not be available to open from within the course.
After enrollment, Calypso will not be able to provide a refund for the 2024 Publication and linked 2026 GRM.
