This is a Connecticut specific state course and is only approved in Connecticut for educational credit.
As of 1/29/2025: “Students must take the course that is in effect as of the date they complete it. Providers can offer the current 22-24 Laws and Regulations course until the updated course becomes available. The Board is working on updates for the CT appraiser law course and expect to launch the new version later this spring.”
