Other Licensing Requirements

Arkansas Appraisers are required to take 28 continuing education every 24 months including a mandatory 7-hour USPAP refresher course. The Arkansas Appraisal Board requires the 7-hour USPAP update course be completed in a classroom setting.

Other Licensing Requirements

Arkansas State-Registered Appraisers Licenses expire on December 31 of each year. A State-Registered Appraiser must complete 14 hours of CE per year. The Arkansas Appraisal Board requires the 7-hour USPAP update course be completed in a classroom setting every two years.

USPAP may now be completed online.

Prior regulations required that the USPAP must be taken in a classroom setting. This is no longer the case.
