Other Licensing Requirements

Georgia Appraisers are required to take 14 hours of continuing education every 12 months. Once every two years, 7 of the 14 hours must include the 7-hour USPAP course.

For all credit courses, the GREA Board requires the appraiser to submit an affidavit upon completion.

Online Limitations

GA has no limit on the number of continuing education hours that may be completed online.

Identical courses may not be repeated within a one year period.

State Reporting of CE Credit

The education provider reports completed continuing education credit to the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board. Continuing Education credit is uploaded electronically on a weekly basis. Should the student require credit to be submitted at an alternate time, please send the request to info@calypsoedu.com. Requests are generally processed in less than 24 hours.
