Other Licensing Requirements:

Georgia Appraisers are required to take 14 hours of continuing education every 12 months. Once every two years, 7 of the 14 hours must include the 7-hour USPAP course. 

For all credit courses, the GREA Board requires the appraiser to submit an affidavit upon completion.

Online Limitations:

GA has no limit on the number of continuing education hours that may be completed online. 

Identical courses may not be repeated within a one year period.

State Reporting of CE Credit: The education provider reports completed continuing education credit to the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board.  Continuing Education credit is uploaded electronically on a weekly basis.  Should the student require credit to be submitted at an alternate time, please send the request to info@calypsoedu.com. Requests are generally processed in less than 24 hours.
