In this course, students will start by outlining general agency topics to provide the foundation. Then, they’ll move on to covering the recent NAR lawsuits and resulting changes to the industry. To wrap up the course, they’ll explore what the future might look like and how licensees can not only survive but thrive in this new environment. In the last couple of sections of the course, they’ll review the New York State Association of Realtors® (NYSAR) revised and new forms and how to use them in the future.
